Questions about Cephlon Cloud?

It means Cephlon has zero knowledge of what your files contain. Encryption happens on your device using a key only you hold. We store encrypted data that we cannot read. No one at Cephlon can access your files — not even our engineers.

Because we use zero-knowledge encryption, we cannot reset your key for you. We provide a recovery phrase when you create your account — store it safely. This is the cost of true privacy.

Fundamentally different. iCloud and Google Drive can read your files — they use that to power search, AI, and ad targeting. Cephlon Cloud cannot read your files. The encryption is not a feature we can switch off — it is the architecture.
